If anyone has been thinking about using Right Source (Humana's pharmacy)....please don't!!! We have had nothing but trouble with them. They sent my husband's RX to our old address in TX and we haven't lived there for 7 months! This has been a battle from day one with Humana to get our address changed. When we sent Right Source the RX we also sent the form from the web and it had our new address, etc. This was the first time we were having Right Source fill anything and believe me it will be the last. It is a month since we sent in the RX and form and we still do not have the prescription. Since they filled it and sent it to the wrong address we can't get another RX from the doctor because the pharmacy will see that it's been filled for 3 months! Right Source will not give us a credit on our CC and reverse the RX because the initial RX has never been sent back to them. We live 1500 miles away and they had the gall to ask me if we had any idea who might have it! I told them this whole thing is their error. They never looked at the address on the form when they received it. We keep getting the run-around. They keep telling us they will have another RX in the mail to the correct address but we never get it. Our CC has been charged and I can't get them to send the prescription. I will call them again on Monday (this is Saturday) and argue with them again. Don't ever deal with them!
