Overall Rating: MDP Member: bpgobrail Date Rated: 2/1/2010 2:24:09 PM In early 2008 when I first joined Medicaire, my prescriptions took a LONG time to be filled, telephone calls said they were behind, but in the interval since then, I have had no problems with multiple medications on a continual basis. One episode with Fosamax, they called the MD's office and the front desk told Right Source to use Fos + D (the doctor always uses it) while I had specifically asked the physician to eliminate vita D (eliminated the high copay since the generic was available for the medication without D. Called the 800 number and was told that they were four to six weeks behind in filling orders. Has anybody else experienced this. Their policy is shipping in 7 to 10 days. One month has passed.
