Customer service very bad. Get transferred numerous times. Depends on who you get if they have product knowledge. Their mail order is terrible. Never listen to you. Stop using mail order cause we go a different place during winter and no matter how many times we called, they would always send RX to wrong address. 2015 some drugs are being removed from formulary and others moved to higher tiers.

if they need information on a prescription they will not call or email you instead they just set it aside and nothing is done until or unless you call them to see why it is taking so long to get your prescription. The only thing they have to sell is service and the customer should not have to police them to see if they are doing their job. Has happened too many times and I will be changing plans come December.

Communication was very poor. Phone messages which customer service said were sent to us were in fact never received. Shipment of drugs often delayed because of need to verify credit card charge, which is fine except no explanation for non-shipment was provided until customer service was called. And a great many garbled and unnecessary phone messages were received, which was an annoyance. Drug selection and accuracy were fine, but delivery/communication system was bad.

I have been paying AARP for 7 weeks and they would not cover me due to a computer flag. Also I was told when interviewing plans that even during the gap my drugs would be tiered. That is not the case. Taken me and the pharmacist about six calls to get a resolution of coverage.

This plan is very good. Could not find another plan at this cost in Mihigan. Dough nut hole is bighest problem.
