Takes 2-3 weeks to process a new prescription. Customer service is often worthless with bad information, CS reps who argue with customers and who are disrespectful, and who don't listen to complaint or problem. Charged credit card 4 times for meds shipment, another one of their many errors, and difficulty getting a prescription filled.

The first time I used Rx Solutions I paid about $300 extra because some of the drugs were not ordered as generics and no one bothered to tell me. Just a surprise on my credit card. This company questions EVERYTHING the Dr. does. I've only had this plan for a few months and my Dr. has already had to call them numerous times. They are very time-consuming and cause so much frustration -- continually. I am looking for a different plan.
