BCBS raised the premium last year, nearly doubled, then added insult to injury by raising the deductible by 28%. They also would not consider any coverage of the eyedrops my doctor prescribed, and would not apply my cost to my out-of-pocket, which was very unreasonable, since I had to pay 100% for this prescription. Anything not in their "formulary" is like it does not exist. The customer service people were very unfriendly and not at all helpful. Needless to say I'm looking for a different plan in 2012.
