Very unhappy with this plan. Hard to get information. Too costly for the coverage received.

I am changing my plan, Humana Enhanced should be looked into by Medicare, they have not done what they said, they are so bloated with customer service people and yet you will wait on phone for over 2 hours and never get nothing solved. I wish medicare would make it a lot easier to file a complaint.

DON'T!!! Drugs the Dr. deems necessary they Don't. Obviously, Humana, who in turn "blames" the DEA, feels that they know more about what is necessary to treat you than the Doctors do. Of course they do. They've never seen you, don't know you & have no idea of your medical needs, but! they sure think they do. Must go right along with the idea of "Push Granny off the cliff!" They sure don't have a problem with Taking your money...but they sure don't want to give you what you Thought your were paying for! Thanks Obama, Pelosi & Reid...you've done a great service for us! Things have never looked better! You'll soon have your wish of getting rid of all the Senior citizens who have/had the good sense not to vote for you! Shame I don't have more than one vote!

Only one glitch. I made the mistake of using a red marker to indicate which refills I did NOT want [I stopped 2 drugs]. So they shipped and billed me [Wal-Mart] for those two I deleted, in addition to the others refills I did want..... The order must have been filled from a copy, and the supervisor with the original was not to be found [vacation?], so it was a hassle to get resolved, but it was resolved. It took Wal-Mart a long time to make the refund. I would have rated at the top, but Wal-Mart cost them a point.
