Have only contacted customer service twice. First was slow. New Rx plan just starting up. The second time I needed them. Was in April. They were on the ball. No wait time for Tech. I am in Medicare. So I get my prescription thru the mail. They cover all my transplant prescriptions. So far I am pleased with the plan.
