I have been on a generic drug for over 10 years. It has been $7 with AARP United and this year increased to a $75 copay. No other available insurance in this region increased that generic drug to a tier 4. To make matters worse they sent my re-enrollment paperwork to the wrong address (not the address I gave when I signed up for this insurance). This company is incompetent and calling customer service includes a 30 minute wait time. I will pay for this drug out of pocket at Walgreens down the street which will be cheaper than the copay price with my $67.00 a month Part D plan.
