First I must say I am very pleased with the AARP Saver+ plan. I previously had Humana Preferred, they were very good as well, but their formulary changed and I needed to choose a new plan. Think I chose very well. I deal exclusively with my local Walgreens (Attleboro, MA) by choice. Prescription prices are very reasonable, and the pharmacy staff is very user friendly. They have never indicated any issues with either UnitedHealthcare or MassHealth. I recommend this part D plan to anyone new or looking for a change, especially those who receive Extra Help from Medicaid; as your premium ($32.70) and deductible will be paid full. I'm a satisfied consumer.

My SS 1099 had my premiums for part D wrong. I'm not really sure whether the mistake was from AARP or from Medicare. I tried to find out from customer service with AARP but was disconnected. That's why I was not happy with their service. Otherwise I'm very satisfied. I'm not waiting to find out if Medicare made the mistake - thought it might be quicker. Wrong ;o( But I may as well wait for medicare, since AARP did have the correct amount that was supposed to be withdrawn on a monthly basis.
