Website is not user friendly at all. Some things on the website don't even work! It is very difficult to read certain pages as they are presented in a small box that must be scrolled through. The mail order pharmacy did not notify us once when refilling several of my mom's drugs, and did not ship them. When I called to ask why they had not shipped them, they said they were waiting for us to contact them because the copay was high. I said I would have been happy to do that had I known!!! Don't know when they would have gotten around to contacting us... Then when I called the customer service to let them know they need to inform us when they need information and finally got a supervisor, she was argumentative and impolite. Needless to say, I plan on switching to another PDP for next year!
