The greatest problem with this program is the inaccuracy of billing. I again have to fill out paper work for bank deduction; this will be the third time and probably the last as I plan to switch to a plan with a better organized billing department.

This is not coverage, it is a scam! There is no possible way that ordinary medications need to cost hundreds of dollars! Of course bringing you to the gap in no time at all.

I am dissatisfied with the gap. I use a lot of expensive medications and I reach the medigap early in the year. Then I have to pay out of pocket, plus the premium of the insurance. I feel that once you reach the gap you shouldn't have to pay the monthly fee.
