Up to 20 pages of mail, four phone calls, 3 months with no meds and now get one month and advise its off formulary. Communication with CareMark and Blue Shield and subscriber is redundant, inefficient, no on-line account access. I WOULD NOT recommend and I will be dropping the plan 90 days after having signed up during open enrollment. RX had been researched before buying the program and it was then on the formulary.
