Cigna made a tier change for 2018 forcing us to change to a medication with a lesser tier. When called to verify the new price for the new medication, I was apparently misinformed on pricing. However did not realize it until I went to purchase the new medication. Calling Cigna back they quoted a higher price than my first call, with no apology for the error and d/t the type of drug it is, I am now forced to pay the higher price. Letter sent to the CEO of Cigna.
