What a crock! They are not truthful and make you jump through hoops if you don't have an approval for one drug. I chose the plan originally because it was supposed to be cost effective for the drugs I used which were mostly low-cost generic ones anyway. I had one generic drug that I paid 39.00 for at Walmart Pharmacy. I was sort of shocked that it wasn't COVERED. I called the plan and they told me I had to get doctor's approval. I called the doctor and finally got them to call to approve (which was like pulling teeth also). I got a call saying it was approved. When I called to talk to the plan rep, she told me I could request a refund and the cost of the drug was 3.00. So I requested the paperwork to do so. Got it done and mailed back. Heard nothing for weeks. So I called again. Got a rep that I couldn't understand which was an idiot. She told me that they could only refund me 1.00 because the contracted price was 4.25 and my price should have been 3.00. I was livid! They either lied to me or don't know what they are doing. I called another time and got another foreigner. I asked to speak to someone who could speak English and got to talk to a rep. She was no more helpful that the other two. They are certainly not service-oriented and they don't care if they mislead seniors. VERY UPSET at this poor treatment.
