This plan was recommended based on cost, which seems to be reasonable. But, as others have noted, the customer service is awful. I have only been a member 3 months, but it is impossible to be directly connected to a phone assistant without entering personal information three times and being switched two or three times. To fill my prescription, the time line is 11 business days! Good thing I don't need mine right away. Quote: 2 days to "process fax" from doctor, 2 days to review, 3 - 4 days to process the order, then 3 - 5 days shipping. A week-end will naturally fall within this time, so now it becomes 13 days! Finally, the website does not update my information promptly, if at all, i.e. enrollment in AutoPay, showing which prescriptions have been placed. Overall, I am very dissatisfied.
