This plan was recommended based on cost, which seems to be reasonable. But, as others have noted, the customer service is awful. I have only been a member 3 months, but it is impossible to be directly connected to a phone assistant without entering personal information three times and being switched two or three times. To fill my prescription, the time line is 11 business days! Good thing I don't need mine right away. Quote: 2 days to "process fax" from doctor, 2 days to review, 3 - 4 days to process the order, then 3 - 5 days shipping. A week-end will naturally fall within this time, so now it becomes 13 days! Finally, the website does not update my information promptly, if at all, i.e. enrollment in AutoPay, showing which prescriptions have been placed. Overall, I am very dissatisfied.

Rampant incompetence. Failure to process Rx faxes from MDs in a timely manner. Multiple mistakes in their data entry. 90 day supply entered as 0 day supply, and 0 tablets. Web site not updated for customer service, so customer service inundated with calls. Customer service hangs up prior to answering. Phone system requires reentry of just entered info. Phone system gives message "we can't answer now, please call back". Time between their receipt of Rx and their mailing was in excess of 20 days! No notification that they had lost lost my payment info which then resulted in Rx not being sent.

Very expensive plan. Whereas other plans, such as Humana's Walmart plan, offer certain drugs at low co-pays, like $1 or $4, before the annual deductible is met, EnvisionRxPlus charges the maximum amount for ALL drugs. Whereas some other plans do not charge large, full costs toward the $400 annual deductible for all drugs, the EnvisionRxPlus plan apparently charges full costs for all drugs from the first prescription of the year. EnvisionRxPlus customer service does not help the customer in unusual situations, such as when the preferred pharmacy is out of a common drug and is unable to source that drug in a reasonable amount of time, and the customer is forced to get the drug from another pharmacy in the Envision network. Envision makes mistakes in processing claims, and is unwilling to correct their mistakes or explain their actions. Envision charges high monthly premiums compared to some other plans, as well as not offering any "first dollar" or other kind of cost savings on even the most basic generic drugs, such as the other plans do with $1 and $4 co-pays on basic generic drug. Needless to say, we will not stay with Envision during the current open-enrollment period, and we strongly advise all other customers to use the medicare.gov internet tools to enter their drugs to choose a much better and more affordable plan.

Worst plan you can imagine. Major hassle to get vacation extension. Customer service is disconnected from so-called clinical team that decides whether you deserve coverage of the medicines you may desperately need. NEVER AGAIN!!!

There are many necessary medicines they do not approve!
