They've rejected two of my essential drugs. When I was first shopping for drug plans, they told me if a drug I needed was rejected, I should just have my doctor write them a letter. My doctors have been repeatedly frustrated by their rejections and lack of reasoning for their rejections. Also, their customer service is, although courteous, understaffed and often poorly informed. When they need to ask a question of a supervisor, none is available. I couldn't even get them to take my credit card for a bill, they were so busy and so poorly staffed.
