If you like to really bad elevator music, like some sort of Asian medoly played via computers random note program... for the short 6-7 hold, have at it. I just want to reorder the med and its usually a 20 min phone call. Then they dont have my credit card number even after I updated a month earlier, you have to give them all the info again. Today (11/1/19) it was 25 min, they said the med went to a teir 2 with Medicare, trippled in cost... talked with the insurance person and they dont know why. It was only suppposed to be $6, not $18, she wanted to put me on a "short hold" again while they looked into it some more! I said find the reason and call me back.
