Totally agree with the other negative reviews. Prescriptions have been held up for weeks—or refused—because they “need additional information and are contacting the prescriber.” However, even though my doctor sends them what they have asked for, they just keep the prescriptions “in process” and never ship them. When I call Envision, the person on the other end just keeps saying “they’re in process,” and can’t/won’t give more info (and won’t let me talk to their manager/supervisor).

Truly a bizarre experience when i called to ask how I could submit my receipt for reimbursement. After being on hold for 20 minutes, it took another THIRTEEN minutes for the agent to say someone would contact me within 2 weeks. It was painful being on the line with this person. As the prescription item is Fish Oil, and not a drug, I'm already pretty sure they won't cover it. All I can say is thank god I am not a sick person. I will leave this company at the first opportunity.

The quotes at Medicare.gov showed that using Envision's mail order would save 35% compared to having anywhere else fill the prescriptions. Sounded great. Unfortunately, EnvisionPharmacies has no clue what they are doing. It took three weeks to get my first prescriptions and several hours on the phone. Two months later my Dr. prescribed a new med. The Dr's office sent a 30-day script to Costco and a 90-day to EnvisionPharmacies. Envision Rx Plus paid all but $22 at Costco for the 30-day script. But, they charged $272 co-pay for 90-day's worth through EnvisionPharmacies. Meanwhile, I could no longer get into my online account at EnvisionPharmacies. It took just over 4 weeks, multiple phone calls, several emails, lots of online attempts before I could finally get online. It had taken around 12-14 hours to place an order for refills and get back online. Ridiculous! You wouldn't believe all the stories they had as to why I couldn't get online. Their "records" of what had been done with my account were almost always wrong. Meanwhile, the 90 days were up on my original five prescriptions. EnvisionPharmacies refilled one and had ignored the other four. Once I was finally able to get back into my account at EnvisionPharmacies, I quickly reordered three of the four drugs that had been ignored. I was no longer taking the fourth one. Well, yesterday I got a call from a woman saying that she was ready to set up my online account. What? I had just been online four days before and four weeks of hassling. She said her records showed the refills had been authorized through an automated phone system. No. That never happened. She also told me there was NO online account for me. When I got home and checked the mailbox, there was a package from them. It included four refills---the three I had requested online AND the one I no longer take and did not request. How could they get it so wrong? I went online to see what I could find. Well, I TRIED to go online. Once again, my online account is not accessible. I can't wait until I am allowed to switch to another insurance company.

Basically, I do not like the Part D drug plan concept because you never know whether you will need one or more Rx drugs after signing up with a plan that is optimized for the drugs you take when you sign up. One expensive and poorly covered drug can cost much than a plan that included that drug.

Do not use. I repeat DO NOT USE. Every couple of months, they stop a prescription say it is not covered. Doctors office has to fill out paper work. They deny it. They need more paper work. Over and over again. This is serious. I need my med's. I have serious side affect from other med's. If I don't get my med's I can not function. i will lose my job! My Doctor is Very frustrated with them. Very bad customer service. No help. I ask to talk to a manager. They won't let me.

These people simply do not know what they are doing. Period. Could go on and on. Don't know the drug names (that cost a whole day one time) don't know their own policy, lie and use bait and switch tactics for Medicare Part D coverage plans (the plan you buy in 2015 won't exactly be the same one you bought when you use it in 2016 --good luck unscrewing this though, the game is fixed now. It's a full time job filling a prescription, every month despite being the same damn thing.
