This company is incompetent. Every prescription renewal ends up with delays. The common answer to everything is either "the doctor did not respond." or "We need clarification from the doctor." If you get a supervisor, you get the same answer. Coordination between the pharmacy and customer service does not exist. You will have to get customer service to schedule a call between the doctor and the pharmacy. Then you have to follow up by contacting the doctor and again call back express scripts.
