I've had Express Scripts for Medicare part D for about 6 months. Nothing but problems and irritations using them. The latest one - I ran out of a prescription, very likely because they sent me too small a number of pills with my previous order. I ordered a refill, they accepted my order. When nothing arrived a week later, I looked at my account. It said they would not fill the prescription until about a month from now, too soon to refill. They sent me no notice about this when I made my order or afterwards. There is no apparent way to get them to fill it and I'm almost out of pills. The prescription was for Simvastatin, a very safe and harmless and commonly prescribed prescription to lower high cholesterol. No logical reason they should deny my refill. This is only one of serveral screw ups and lousy customer service I've had with them.
