When I chose the plan, with help from an agent, my drugs were all Tier 2. When I went to fill, 1 was not on the plan. The customer service representative told me "her formulary" showed the drug was not covered. She refused to tell me the date of this formulary. I told her I see the formulary online which showed the drug is covered. I received in the mail the formulary which the rep said she was looking at: it was dated 2018. The one I saw on line was dated 5 months later, prior to the date I filled so it should have been covered. A few weeks later, I review online formulary again-now it reads that the drug is not covered. Not good that they can change formulary so often.
