This is the plan for you if you enjoy spending hours on the phone each time you attempt to refill a prescription through their mail pharmacy. Orders don't ship on time or at all, orders get cancelled, no email as promised upon shipment, being told that refills of current prescriptions require preauthorization when they don't, no way to contact them via email, etc. I have never had such a poor PBM experience. Wish I could switch mid year.
