Please be aware of this company's prescription plan. I only signed up for prescription coverage. A few months later, I discovered that Humana had enrolled me in a "program" that shares all my medical history, social security number,etc. electronically to various healthcare providers. As a result, I reported the company to HHS & Federal Protection Agency as a possible violation of my HIPPA rights. I found out about the "Program" about 3 months after I enrolled in the prescription program starting 1/1/16. By the way, their customer service is horrible!! I called to ask a question. To get an answer, it took over 40 minutes with numerous transfers and being placed on several holds.
