Be aware! You must sign up at the Medicare site each year. Do not expect to keep the same plan if you do not. Don't believe statements in Humana literature that you don't have to go to Medicare site to keep your plan. I signed up and was happy, I do not use expensive drugs an wanted the cheapest way to avoid the penalty for not signing up when first eligible. Humana shuffled around the plan names and slammed me into a higher priced plan that is worse (was higher deductibles). I was not aware of this subterfuge until I got my New Benefit Amount letter from CMS showing the higher than expected deduction for the new plan. This will cost me at least $400 extra this year. I plan to avoid everything Humana in the future. I hope you do as well.

Called them 4 times to ask for information in the MAIL. In a month, NOTHING arrived. They do not even know if they mailed anything to you. Very disorganized and ineffecient. In contrast, their MARKETING department mails and mails tons of nondetailed info all of the time.
