I use the mail order option in order to receive a ninety day supply of five prescriptions.
I've had this plan since January of 2016 and it's beyond horrible. The website consistently fails to place my orders, I have been sent the wrong medications and each time I try to order it takes at a minimum four calls to their customer service group. For an order I placed on December 11, 2017 I have yet to receive my medications after four calls and a total (from a review of my phone records) of 97 minutes talking to various CS reps so far. It is now December 28 and I've been told, for the third time, that my order has been released for shipping.
They seem to be very compartmentalized and do not work as a team, mostly each group (pharmacists, CS reps, billing, and some group who I must talk to in order to have a drug removed from my list) has no idea what the other group is doing.
I made a HUGE error in not ditching them last enrollment period. But at the next opportunity they're gone.
