I am currently waiting to speak to someone on the pharmacy line. I have been on hold for 1 hr 40 mins!! Pretty sure they have 1 person working in customer service and apparently they are currently at lunch. This company needs to form a customer service department....maybe look up the definition first. The recording said there was a 30 min wait...how about using current technology and let us leave a number for them to call us back in the order our call was received. When I started with this plan and had a perscription sent in to the mail order pharmacy they tried to call me, I don't answer 1-800 numbers, they didn't leave a message saying I needed to call them back. They held my perscription because they didn't have a form of payment on their records. The cost for the medication was $2.48, after waiting on hold for 40 min to find out why I hadn't gotten my medication, they opted to send an invoice with the meds that I could pay after receiving them. If you're looking for a supplemental drug coverage option, pick some other company....any other company!!!
