I am currently waiting to speak to someone on the pharmacy line. I have been on hold for 1 hr 40 mins!! Pretty sure they have 1 person working in customer service and apparently they are currently at lunch. This company needs to form a customer service department....maybe look up the definition first. The recording said there was a 30 min wait...how about using current technology and let us leave a number for them to call us back in the order our call was received. When I started with this plan and had a perscription sent in to the mail order pharmacy they tried to call me, I don't answer 1-800 numbers, they didn't leave a message saying I needed to call them back. They held my perscription because they didn't have a form of payment on their records. The cost for the medication was $2.48, after waiting on hold for 40 min to find out why I hadn't gotten my medication, they opted to send an invoice with the meds that I could pay after receiving them. If you're looking for a supplemental drug coverage option, pick some other company....any other company!!!

you can never speak to a person. There is usually a 30 minute wait. I have never been so frustrated with an insurance.

It is difficult to get in touch with Magellan. I have requested preauthorization forms for my doctor and have never received a reply.

The plan provider keeps sending me a bill. I have repeatedly asked for the card so I can get the prescriptions filled, but no card ever arrives. The paln had problem when on Jan 5, I received a letter that I had to submit proof that i had medicare. sent in January, february sent it in too. march I faxed it in. I only received the books on the plan, and the nearest pharmacy is in Newberry, MI 200 miles away. call to ask fr the card again no answer. going on 5 months and I am able to still get prescriptions filled as what I hand the pharmacy has nothing to show I have the insurance. Is this a real plan or is it a fraudulent or what?
