Drug plan covers nothing. I’m on very few meds and they haven’t paid for one. So just to have a part D plan I have the pleasure of paying them $450 / year for absolutely no service.

Customer service has a 30 min wait at 2 in the morning or when ever you call

Being that this a New Contractor with the CMS -I think it is incumbent upon the administrative department to update changes as it relates to Medicare Enrollment or disenrollment of a member-To improve the eligibility determination department would be a good start- I was never informed ahead of time that my member Id came up as ineligible!

I totally agree with these former reviews, and I'm sure there are hundreds of people like me. My husband was just enrolled in Magellan, and we have had to call them every day regarding one problem or another. Do you know how if feels to hang on waiting for a representative for 45 min. to 1 hour. I can't describe the anger and frustration I felt. On one occasion, I was reduced to tears. Now I'm trying to get through to find out the procedure for ordering medication. All they have is that one number. Are we expected to do this every time we order??? I wish I would have known this, I never would have enrolled. Too late Now!!

Words cannot fully describe how incredibly frustrating it is to deal with the people at Magellan. It is indeed, impossible to get a Magellan representative on the phone. I resolved to stay on the phone no matter how long it took, to speak with somebody about questions I had about the seemingly outrageous premiums that they're trying to stick me with. In doing so, I was subjected to a mish-mash of some kind of canned music and screeching that was most uncomfortable to have to listen to along with every 30 seconds, a recorded voice thanking me and apologizing to me for the long wait that I was enduring. I have no doubt that was all by design in order to discourage unsuspecting customers from asking questions. Finally, after an entire hour, I gave up. In perusing the Internet, I learned that there are many others such as myself who are equally disgusted with the absence of customer service. Run, don't walk away from this outfit. Unfortunately these people got some money from me but they'll never get any more they're without integrity.

Despite repeated attempts, we are unable to reach customer service (recording). Plan is not as described. Marketing plan must be to be unavailable. do not use this plan.
