Words cannot fully describe how incredibly frustrating it is to deal with the people at Magellan. It is indeed, impossible to get a Magellan representative on the phone. I resolved to stay on the phone no matter how long it took, to speak with somebody about questions I had about the seemingly outrageous premiums that they're trying to stick me with. In doing so, I was subjected to a mish-mash of some kind of canned music and screeching that was most uncomfortable to have to listen to along with every 30 seconds, a recorded voice thanking me and apologizing to me for the long wait that I was enduring. I have no doubt that was all by design in order to discourage unsuspecting customers from asking questions. Finally, after an entire hour, I gave up. In perusing the Internet, I learned that there are many others such as myself who are equally disgusted with the absence of customer service. Run, don't walk away from this outfit. Unfortunately these people got some money from me but they'll never get any more they're without integrity.
