Their customer service is awful; they are the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. If you get a Representative in the Philippines, you could be on the phone for hours trying to explain what you were calling for. Also you will get cut off at least 2-3 times & then on the 4th call back, you will actually get someone that can finally help you. I find their calling system very degraded & it is near impossible to get a supervisor or manager when you really need help. If you receive a letter from them, good luck with finding someone who knows anything about it. What is really sad is that we don't have any one advocating for consumers against bad service from these pharmaceutical conglomerates.
