I am so very pleased with my Symphonix prescription drug plan. I switched from Silver Script to Symphonix because unfortunately, Silver Script would not cover this (one and only medication) I am on in 2016. Symphonix has no problem covering this medication for me and their customer service is so friendly, and they took the time to explain everything to me. I only wish that they would allow me to purchase a (3 month) supply at a time, which was authorized by my Doctor and this would be the only suggestion that I wish they would honor which would make it so much easier for me....perhaps in the future they will be able to change their policy on this. When you are deciding on a Medicare/Medicaid drug plan, I would highly recommend the Symphonix Value Rx Drug Plan because they really come through for us and they offer medications that some of the other companies do not cover. Thank you very much Symphonix for your outstanding prescription plans and for your wonderful and friendly customer Service. Respectfully submitted and kind regards. (Marianne from Colorado)
