I have Wellcare Classic and moved from Mississippi to Arkansas. I did research and made sure Wellcare Classic was available in Arkansas before my move. Once I moved, I called to change my address with them (which was a horrible experience). I was told NOTHING until I went to get my meds a few days later, only to find out that they had terminated me because I did not notify them BEFORE my move. I sat on the phone with them for over 2 hours, only to be enrolled into the EXACT SAME PLAN----only it would not go into effect until the following month....so no heart meds for me this month! THANK WELLCARE!

Misleading information regarding pharmacies and which ones you can use via mail. Horrible experiences with Walgreens pharmacy since changed....even charging credit card MORE than authorized for copays without calling to let anyone know there was a problem. HORRIBLE!!!! Not happy with this company or their "preferred" pharmacy. Wish we had never changed.
