Horrendous customer service. Customer service reps. make promises they don't keep. Every time I have to call WellCare, I can plan to spend at least an hour on the phone because I get transferred from department to department. Customer service reps. don't answer the question asked. Instead, they parrot whatever customer service "script" they deem appropriate. Customer service representatives are oh so polite but useless.
