WellCare does everthing possible to avoid answering questions. They prey on people in their 90's and refuse to talk to those people's children in spite of the child having power of attorney. Every time there is a request by the representative, they either call the elderly, who are confused by the whole thing or request another form from the representative. I will do what I can to get my mother to another plan.
