Nothing but trouble. If there is a problem fill script, they don't inform you. You must log into their website and look up your order. Website is horribly organized and seems to be down a lot. Customer care over the phone is horrible. Representatives have very poor communication skills. Everything seems to be done via scripts and if your problem is off that script beware! Price was good but I'm afraid we are paying for that. Switched to them this year because the Medicare website gave them a good rating. So much for the credibility of that source...
