Each time I have called for information, I have been on the phone for approximately 90 minutes and hung up more confused than I was when I called. Circular responses, told one thing by representative, and contradicted by pharmacy. Was just told by customer service that the weekly cost of IV saline was $7 per week, and pharmacy called next day to say WellCare pharmacist quoted price of $28 per week. Get it? This is typically what happens. I have MS, have had cancer twice, and have never been as stressed out to the degree that this company consistently evokes. Beware fellow seniors. Pay attention to the man behind the curtain! Scammers.
