No matter what the cost, this plan is by far the worst one I have ever had. Customer service sucks. I spend on the average when I call with a problem which is almost every order, an average of 35 minutes or more. Orders do not come promptly, are incorrect, and quantities are wrong. This is a mail order plan send me the 90 day supply my doctor ordered. Billing took me six months to get straightened out. Can't wait to see how much trouble it is to cancel at the end of the year. It has been a nightmare and I would recommend doing without because of the stress and grief of dealing with these morons. I would give this plan a ---star if I would. Horrible.

PLEASE take my advice and stay away from Exactus pharmacy (Wellcare part D)no matter how cheap they are. You will pay in the long run , believe me. On Jan. 24, my doctor sent in my first RX for the year for my insulin upping the dosage from 60mil.which was last years dosage, to 65 mil. once a day. I received it on Jan 29. on Feb 3 I received a call wanting to authorize a charge on my credit card on file for my insulin which i did thinking it was for the insulin I received on Jan 29. After I got off the phone I called my credit card company and found out it was already on my credit card and called them back and asked why they were calling me to put my insulin on my card when it was already on there. their response was that their automated system was messed up right now and they assured it would not be put on there twice.Well on April 4th 5th or there about, I noticed a package on my front porch, which we never come in by that door, and it was insulin. It had been sitting out there for several days and it was hot. I called Exactus and asked why the had shipped me insulin when I hadnt ordered it and they said I authorized it on Feb. 3, less than a week after I had received my first order. I said to them I was authorizing the shipment they shipped the week before. Why would they call me to authorize a shipment when I had just received one. And by the way, the new RX had NO refills on it because my doctor was going to change my insulin to something cheaper after this 3 months was up because it was $1400.00 out of my deductable and another perscription would put me in the donut hole.Oh and the perscription they shipped was for the RX from the previous years perscription of 60 mil.(wrong dosage). I tried after many hours on the phone to try to make them understand that I had not ordered the insulin because I had no refills on this perscription so they just went back and filled it anyway from last years RX.I also called the drug manufacturer and they said DO NOT use the insulin because it had been in the heat(those particular days was very warm)and it had to be kept cold. I finally had to get the Arkansas Insurance program (Shiip) involved to make them take the insulin back because they now have me in the donut hole and I can not order any of meds the rest of the year because of their mistake. The Arkansas made it clear to them that you cant just ship meds because they want to especially with NO REFILLS on the RX. As of today I have tracked the insulin I sent back as of their request (finally after the State got involved)and they received it on April 14th andthey have still not credited my account or taken me out of the donut hole. I have had to pay to have my perscriptions (2) filled locally and still have to pay my premium to them all because they are so screwed up in that organization. Please take my advice and stay away from Wellcare and Exactus pharmacy like the previous remarks from the other people have said. I hope Medicare will remove them from the Medicare Part D option. And by the way when asked why they sent the insulin in the first place , they said when they called on Feb.3,(5days after I received my authorized insulin) they said it was to soon to ship so they just put it on the next available day they could ship it)which was April. Does that make any sense at all to call me to ship insulin that I just received 4 or 5 days previous and then ship it two months later and especially since my RX had no refills stated on the package, so they just go back and ship last years RX which was the wrong dosage ?????? Please do not go through what I have gone through with this company.

Wellcare's customer service is just dismal, horrible. I have so far received two automated calls -- which seemed to last forever -- that did not state a reason for the call and then proceeded to ask me for the same info as on my enrollment. I hung up after 5 minutes of answering questions on the first call and after a few minutes on the 2nd call because the automated voice couldn't understand my responses and kept repeating the question. (Plus they called so early they waked me up.) Later that day I called Wellcare and the customer service was even worse. I asked the reasons for the call and was on hold for 25 minutes while the Wellcare representative investigated. When he came back on line he told me I received the automated calls because there was a drug on my formulary list that required prior authorization. To which I replied that I had received a letter the previous week regarding that and was following the directions in the letter. He talked AT me and wouldn't stop talking long enough to listen to me and my questions. -- And this after I had waited for 25 minutes!! RUDE and ineffective. My conclusion is that Wellcare only cares about receiving my money. I miss First Health -- the provider of my previous Part D coverage. They had excellent customer service.

Wellcare mail order plan through Exactus Pharmacy is horrible. Exactus customer service does not answer any emails via their web site. Trying to contact them via phone is just as difficult, holding on line for more than 25 minutes waiting for a representative. Can't tell on the system for days if your prescription via mail order is being processed and you can't tell if your request to transfer existing prescriptions from another pharmacy were even received or documented via on line. Multiple contacts were made with Exactus trying to get start up to fill prescriptions and all attempts were difficult and mostly a failure. The only satisfaction with customer service was them telling me I needed to be transferred to another representative to solve my problem and answer my question. This company needs some serious reorganization.
