Yesterday I was on the phone for 90 minutes trying to find out why I am paying MORE for my medication AFTER I met my deductible, than I was BEFORE I met the deductible. The reps were in a foreign country. Communication was VERY difficult. I was transferred to 5 different people and was on hold a lot. After 45 minutes I asked to be transferred to a US rep. I was still on hold multiple times, and at 90 minutes cut off. The last rep had asked for my phone number in case we were cut off, but she did not call me back. Today I once again talked to the foreign office, and after 15 minutes she answered my question. The drug costs more, so pay it!
